The cost of a membership to Play at SeaBreeze Pool & Recreation Center varies depending on the type of membership and length of subscription you choose. We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions. The monthly membership is $20 per month, the quarterly membership is $50 per quarter (saving you $10 compared to the monthly rate), and the annual membership is $180 per year (saving you $60 compared to the monthly rate). These prices give you access to all facilities at SeaBreeze Pool & Recreation Center, including the pickleball courts.
2. Do I need to bring my own pickleball equipment?
While we do provide permanent nets on our pickleball courts, we do not provide equipment such as paddles and balls. However, if you don't have your own equipment, we do have a pro shop located on-site where you can purchase or rent pickleball gear. Our pro shop offers a variety of paddles, balls, and other accessories from popular brands at competitive prices.
3. Can I reserve a court in advance?
Yes, it is possible to reserve a court at SeaBreeze Pool & Recreation Center in advance. As a member of Play, you have the benefit of being able to book court reservations up to 7 days in advance through our online booking system. This allows you to plan your games ahead of time and ensure that there will be an available court when you arrive.
4. Are there any restrictions on court usage?
To ensure fair access for all members and avoid overcrowding on the pickleball courts, we have implemented a few restrictions on court usage. Each member is allowed to book a maximum of 2 hours of court time per day. Additionally, we request that members limit their play to doubles matches when others are waiting for a court. These restrictions help promote a positive and inclusive playing experience for all members.
